What’s your story?

Taking hints from some of Australia’s most vibrant small towns and can do small communities, explore steps to develop your own unique identity, connect to visitors and foster local pride in your town.

Carrie Donaldson has over 20 years experience in place making and destination marketing.  She is a strong advocate for the importance of small towns and community empowerment through the arts and tourism.  She has supported small communities including Dookie and Girgarre to realise their small town transformation visions.  She owns and operates two accommodation properties in Shepparton and has a small consultancy business – Sense of Place, dedicated to authentic audience engagement.
